What can I return?
You can easily request returns for most of the items you order from our website Aarti Stationery Paper House. However, there are also certain non-returnable items as per our policies.
If the items you received are physically damaged, have missing parts, or defective, you can place a return request. We will work on our part and pick up the product as soon as possible.
How to return items?
Steps to return an item:
- Go to “Your Orders”
- Select the item detail page which you want to return
- Then go to the Return or Replace Option
- Then choose the option
- Then select the reason for the return
- Then select the pick-up location
- Then confirm the return request.
What are the return guidelines?
While returning the items, please follow the underneath guidelines:
- Your address and the items that you want to return must be eligible for the return.
- If they are not eligible for the pickup option, a Self-Return option will be provided to you.
- Once we receive the returned items, you will receive the refund amount to your account.
- For Pay-on-Delivery Orders, refunds will be credited to the bank account whose details you have shared.
- For Prepaid Orders, you will receive the refund amount in your account after we receive the returned item.
Where can I view the status of my return request?
You can easily view the status of your return request by clicking on the “Return/Refund” option. Your return request details will be given there.
When will I get my refund?
If you have queries about when you will receive your refund, you can refer to the following table. However, you must keep in mind that the refund process will start after we receive the returned package.

Can my order be replaced?
If you receive any physically damaged, defective product, or different from the description of the item detail page, you can go for the free replacement option. We are really sorry if it happens to you. We promise that you will receive the exact item that you actually ordered.
- How can I return a Gift?
To return a Gift, you can visit the Gift Return section and enter your Order Number. If you are a Gift receiver, you can still request for Gift Return, provided you have the Gift Receipt. After we process the return request, the gift buyer will receive the refund to his/her account.
- How can I return a Gift Card?
There are no return or refund policies for Gift Cards. Once you buy them, you cannot return them.
